    The manager at this Little Caesars was super nice and made me a pretzel pizza even though they don't start serving them until 4pm.

    Even when I said it was ok that he didn't make it, he insisted! I really appreciated that, and it made my day. #AskShaneequa

    If I could rate the service at this less than 1 star I would. I just experienced the absolutely worst service  I have ever seen in any fast food or regular establishment in my life

    We simply wanted a couple of pizzas to go but the "gent" who was apparently the lead worker there  has little  in the line of customer service  knowledge or  any civility. Instead of just selling us the already prepped  pizzas we were told 15 minutes. We wanted  4. After 50 minutes passed and despite  numerous customers he only took a couple of orders causing a number of customers to simply walk out. Another couple  stated they had waited for an hour for cheese bread, he looked at their receipt went back to seemingly cut the bread and box it for them. We finally asked if our order was going to be much longer and told us to "just sit down"! Subsequently he was aggrieved and got aggressive telling us to just sit down twice more.
    Enough of this, we wanted a refund went to a Dominos and received our pizzas in about 10 minutes.

    Since my family loves the deep dish pizza, I always order it in advance so I don't have to wait as long. Unfortunately, when I showed up, my pizza wasn't ready. In fact, there was a mix-up with the order and my pizza hadn't even been made yet. I bet you're thinking, "Hey crazy lady! Why did you give five stars to a pizza joint that forgot to make your pizza?" Well...that's because of the customer service. Every business makes mistakes, how they handle those mistakes is what's important to me. And the cashier at Little Caesars, Wolf, definitely stepped up to the plate. He told me to wait in my car, where I could be comfortable, and that he would bring the pizza out to me. Not only did he make good on that promise, he gave me the pizza for free for being so patient. That's what I call customer service!

    The customer service I received today was exceptional!!!  The one and only employee wirking 3 hours by herself was super nice despite obviously being stressed out.  No one showed up but her!

    The reason for the one star review then you ask! The general manager knew for 2 and a half hours that this was going to be the only employee. This lady is not paid enough to run an entire store during a busy lunch rush. However the lady kept her cool smiled and had good customer service despite the fact that she was in charge of everything and the line was to the door.

    Both the general manager and the owner of this location should be ashamed of themselves as soon as they learned of the short staff one if not both should have gotten off of their behinds and gone in.

    The fact that neither the general manager or the owner cared enough about the store or their employee is the reason why we will not go back to This Little Caesar's and give them our money. If they had had the decency to show up and help this lady out they might still have this customer. And based on their attitudes of not showing up to help this lady they all say oh well it's one customer what a difference that makes to me but let me tell you people both of you you will lose business over this the reason that lady did not walk out was because she had bills to pay if she did not have bills to pay I guarantee you that lady would not have been running ragged around that store to get you money so you better be giving her some kind of bonus or raise or just shut your doors now. I fully expect some kind of response to this or I will blast this all over the internet!
